The Union of Palestinian Communities and Organizations in Europe will hold its sixth General Conference in Madrid on Saturday, November 15, 2025, under the motto:

“Together We Confront Genocide, Support Resilience, and Build Bridges for the Return.”

Representatives of Palestinian communities, institutions, and organizations from across Europe will participate in the conference to discuss ways to strengthen joint national action, unify efforts to support the Palestinian cause, and reinforce the steadfastness of the Palestinian people amid ongoing Zionist aggression and genocidal machinery.

The conference comes at a critical moment for the Palestinian cause. The Union aims to enhance the Palestinian presence in Europe, develop institutional work mechanisms, and expand cooperation with European institutions, organizations, and international solidarity movements in support of the Palestinian people’s rights, foremost their rights to return, freedom, and self-determination.

The program includes an opening session featuring speeches by the Union’s General Secretariat and invited guests, including ambassadors and political figures, followed by a discussion on the status and role of Palestinian communities in Europe, a presentation of the Secretariat’s report, and deliberations on the future action plan. The conference will conclude with the election of a new General Secretariat. The Union emphasized that holding the conference in Madrid reflects the unity and commitment of the Palestinian diaspora to supporting their people’s resilience, strengthening collective action, and building strong bridges of connection with their homeland and just cause.
