Following the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) Decision concerning the arrest warrants against War Criminals.
The Handala Association for Culture and Development values the decision of the ICC issued on November 21, 2024, which calls for the issuance of arrest warrants against war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant.
The association views this decision as a historical turning point that ends decades of the occupation’s arrogance over international law, and to hold the criminal of accountability for war crimes, crimes of aggression, crimes against humanity, and genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza and occupied Palestine.
Handala calls on the court to continue issuing arrest warrants against all complicits, this include those who planned, ordered, and executed these crimes against the Palestinian people, emphasizing the need for justice and the principle of accountability.
Furthermore, the Handala Association urges the member states of the International Criminal Court, especially European countries, to take swift and decisive steps to implement these warrants, ensuring justice for the oppressed.
The association believes that these decisions represent a lifeline for the Palestinian people, who are suffering from genocide and systematic starvation, as well as for future generations and all peoples aspiring for liberation and freedom, affirming that international justice is obligated to achieve peace and fairness.
